The name Seabrook was birthed from the understanding that navigating health and mental healthcare systems can often feel confusing and stressful, like being lost at sea. However, a brook can be formed from the sea; brooks are known for being safe and calm. At Seabook Wellness Collective we aim to provide you with a safe, clear, and calming therapeutic environment.
